KUCHING, Nov 3 (Bernama) - A father who was unhappy when told that his son was beaten up by the disciplinary teacher ran amok Tuesday, breaking several window panes at the school.
Kuching deputy police Supt Fauzi Bujang said the self-employed man arrived at SRJK Cina Chung Hua at 11am and started breaking window panes of three classes with his hands.
"A standard three pupil seated near the window was injured by broken glass. He was rushed to Sarawak General Hospital for treatment and was reported to be in stable condition," he told Bernama here Thursday.
Fauzi said police officers who went to detain the 38 year-old man found that he was drunk and in aggressive mood.
The case was investigated under Section 506 of Penal Code for threatening.
