Kelantan To Receive Special Payment of Oil Operations

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 4 (Bernama) -- The Federal Government will give special payment from offshore oil operations to Kelantan beginning next year, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak announced in Parliament on Wednesday.
