RHB INTRODUCES DIGITAL TOKENS FOR SMES AND CORPORATES
KUALA LUMPUR, March 25 (Bernama) -- RHB Bank Bhd has rolled out RHB Reflex Secure Plus, a new digital authentication solution that allows small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and corporates to have easy and secure access to its RHB Reflex platform.
RHB Reflex is a one-stop cash management banking platform designed to cater to the operational needs of business customers.
In a statement today, RHB Bank said it was the first Malaysian bank to roll out “digital tokens” for SMEs and corporates.
“In driving our SME business, RHB has created an integrated e-solution eco-system to spur a robust and connected customer journey.
“We aspire to provide our SMEs and corporates with innovative solutions that will enable convenient and seamless experience without compromising security levels,” said RHB Banking Group's head of group business and transaction banking, Jeffrey Ng Eow Oo.
RHB Reflex Secure Plus is embedded within the RHB Reflex Mobile Banking App, eliminating the need to carry a physical token by simply leveraging on their smartphones and mobile devices.
RHB Bank said this enabled customers to maintain only one device to manage Internet banking access of multiple entities or companies.
“RHB Reflex Secure Plus has been made available to all new RHB Reflex customers in Malaysia since March 18, 2019.
“To-date, RHB Reflex has close to 100,000 SME and corporate customers and is targeting to reach 130,000 customers by end 2019,” it added.
