AIRASIA BAGS TOP LOW-COST CARRIER AWARDS AT THE WORLD TRAVEL AWARDS ASIA AND OCEANIA 2019
KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 13 -- Low cost carrier, AirAsia, has been named Asia’s Leading Low-Cost Airline and Asia’s Leading Low-Cost Airline Cabin Crew at the World Travel Awards Asia and Oceania 2019.
AirAsia in a statement today said the airline emerged as winners ahead of regional players such as Scoot, Jetstar, SpiceJet, Nok Air and Firefly.
It added that this also extended the airline winning streak by taking out top honours at the award for the seventh year in a row.
