SANDAKAN, April 15 (Bernama) -- The Barisan Nasional (BN) has always been committed to helping young people who want to run their own businesses, said Sabah BN chairman Tan Sri Musa Aman.
Musa who is also Sabah Chief Minister said the commitment which were assistance provided by government agencies were to empower youths' initiatives in helping them to generate income.
"Our aspiration is to help young people to become independent. For this reason the BN had always focused on efforts to give youths the opportunity to succeed in whatever field they venture in to enable them to generate income," he said at a mobilepreneur motorcycle presentation ceremony here today.
Also present were Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKLW) secretary-general Datuk Borhan Dollah and Giatmara chief executive offficer Jamal Nasir Othman.
At the event 155 young entrepreneurs from the district received business assistance including a motorcycle under the KKLW programme.....
