Illegal landfill at Jalan Pajam-Nilai-salak causes air pollution

SEREMBAN, May 21 (Bernama) -- The Negeri Sembilan Department of Environment (DOE) has detected an illegal domestic waste landfill at Jalan Pajam-Nilai-Salak towards Jalan Utama Garden Hills Residences in Nilai near here causing air pollution in the area.

State Health, Environment, Cooperatives and Consumerism Committee chairman S. Veerapan said a notice of order under Section 31 and 37 of the Environmental Quality Act 1974 was issued.....

Report on water disruption in Klang completed within a month - SPAN


CYBERJAYA, May 21 (Bernama) -- The investigation on unscheduled water supply disruption in the Klang district following the burst of three main pipes near the project site for the construction of the Banting-Taiping West Coast Expressway (WCE) is expected to be resolved in another month’s time, said the National Water Services Commission (SPAN).
