Change in MOTAC senior officers not over govt secret leak 

PUTRAJAYA, Nov 27  -- The change in senior officers at the Tourism, Arts and Culture Ministry (MOTAC) is not related to political issues or leakage of government information and secret, said its Minister, Datuk Mohamaddin Ketapi.

Mohamaddin said the decision to transfer senior officers should not be misunderstood as it is a normal practice following retirement from the civil service.....
