Aspire Flagship Sdn Bhd launches first online Halal Certification Readiness Assessment

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 10  – A subsidiary of Central Spectrum (M) Sdn Bhd, Aspire Flagship Sdn Bhd has launched Aspire Rating, the first online Halal Certification Readiness Assessment (CRA) to address misconceptions on the difficulty of obtaining Halal certification.

Aspire Flagship Sdn Bhd chief operating officer, Zukarnine Shah Zainal Abidin said the system was developed to help companies assess their capabilities and readiness towards the application for Malaysia Halal Certification. 

“Essentially‚ the assessment uses a pre-determined set of questionnaires based on a review of regulations, guidelines and other requirements relating to halal and toyyiban aspects such as hygiene, safety, quality and health. 

“The sectors covered by the system are food and beverages, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals,” he said during his speech at the launch here today.....
