KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 30  -- Taxpayers swarmed the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) to declare their income under the Special Programme for Voluntary Disclosure (PKPS), at the very last minute before its ends today.

Bernama observation at Wangsa Maju IRB branch found out that the office was full of taxpayers coming for the purpose, even though it was a working day.....
