3,547 subsidiary grants handed over to property developers in Kota Kinabalu

KOTA KINABALU, July 9 (Bernama) –  A total of 3,547 subsidiary titles (strata titles) were  today handed over to property developers to enable owners of residential or commercial units to obtain their respective grants.

Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal said the grants had been applied for a long time ago and in line with the promise of the new state government headed by the Parti Warisan Sabah, the process of issuing the grant had been expedited.....

Child marriages still exists in Sabah


RANAU, July 9  (Bernama) --   There are a handful of community in Sabah who are still practicing the marriage of their children who are below 18 years old despite the law forbidding them to do so, said Assistant Health and People's Well-Being Minister Norazlinah Arif.
