Ngungun-Temalat road construction ahead of schedule - Masing

SONG (Sarawak), Sept 11 -- The construction of the 9.6-km road linking Ngungun (Kanowit) and Temalat (Song) may be ahead of schedule, said Sarawak Deputy Chief Minister Tan Sri James Jemut Masing after a site visit in Ngungun today. 

“The schedule for the completion of the road is in August next year. We were told by the consultant and the contractor that that the construction may be ahead of schedule,” he said.

“Upon completion of the so-called missing link that connects Kapit and the rest of Sarawak, the division will no longer be an ‘island’.....

Body of second missing Sarawakian angler found
