Jordanian man wanted for allegedly abusing son

LAHAD DATU, May 31 (Bernama) -- Police are looking for a 43-year-old Jordanian man who allegedly abused his eight-year-old son and threatened to kill his Malaysian wife and their children.

Lahad Datu district police chief ACP Nasri Mansor said the suspect, identified as Hani Mosbah Ramadan Al Ayaydeh, allegedly hit his son and injured him on the face, neck, buttocks and thighs in the incident here at 9.29 pm on Sunday.....

Rabies: New case recorded in Sarawak


KUCHING, May 30 (Bernama) – One new case of rabies infection on human has been confirmed in Sarawak, bringing to 17 the number of rabies cases, with 16 deaths,  reported in the state since the outbreak of the disease in June 2017.
