RMAF mounts mercy flight for man in need of immediate surgery

TAWAU, July 23 (Bernama) -- The Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) took on a mercy flight today to transport a 42-year-old man from Tawau to the Queen Elizabeth II Hospital in Kota Kinabalu, for an urgent surgery.

According to the statement issued by the RMAF, the patient, Roslan Marjan, who has a saccular aneurysm of the anterior communicating artery, was flown on an S61A-4 (Nuri) helicopter from the Tawau Airport.....

SESB gets RM5 mln soft loan from MOF to implement ARWS


TAWAU, July 23 (Bernama) -- Sabah Electricity Sdn. Bhd (SESB) has been given a RM5 million soft loan by the Federal Government through the Finance Ministry to implement the Assisted Rural Wiring Scheme (ARWS) programme in Sabah this year.
