KANGER INTERNATIONAL, VCSB TO BUILD RM478 MLN SERVICE APARTMENTS
KUALA LUMPUR, March 2 -- Kanger International Bhd's wholly owned subsidiary Kanger Ventures Sdn Bhd is partnering with Vegetta Champion Sdn Bhd (VCSB) to construct service apartments in Genting Highlands, Pahang for a contract sum of RM478 million.
The group said Kanger Ventures had inked a collaboration agreement with VCSB, after the latter was appointed as the main contractor for foundation and main building works of the project.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, it said the project will consist of two blocks of service apartments, amenities, retails, parkings and sewage treatment.
"VCSB shall undertake, carry out and successfully complete construction of the foundation and main building works for the project.
"Kanger Ventures shall be responsible for the entire project management, financial and administration of the project," the group said.
