CIMB BANK BHD and CIMB ISLAMIC BANK BHD have launched the Card2Win campaign until August 31, 2022, to reward consumers whilst advocating greener practices and promoting sustainable lifestyles.
In a statement, CIMB group consumer banking chief executive officer Samir Gupta said the campaign reflects CIMB’s commitment to aligning its products and services with the bank's sustainability agenda.
The campaign is open to all CIMB Bank and CIMB Islamic credit cardholders (except for Platinum Business and Fuel Tanker cardholders).
The grand prize is an eco-friendly electric MINI Cooper SE and more than 1,500 prizes are to be won.
MALAYSIA CONVENTION & EXHIBITION BUREAU (MYCEB) will host the Asia Pacific Symposium on Cochlear Implants and Related Sciences in 2025 together with the Malaysian Society of Otorhinolaryngologists Head and Neck Surgeons (MSO-HNS).

GRAB, a leading superapp platform in Southeast Asia, has teamed up with KLEAN and the Malaysian Research Accelerator for Technology and Innovation (MRANTI) to look for solutions that will responsibly recover and recycle single-use plastic with Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs).
Through this partnership, Grab and KLEAN plan to roll out artificial intelligence-driven RVMs at specific locations where users can easily send their recyclable food packaging waste.
In a statement, Grab Malaysia country marketing head Hassan Alsagoff said the partnership is expected to help encourage recycling and make it easier for consumers to contribute to a greener Malaysia.
