KUALA LUMPUR, June 20 (Bernama) -- Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd (KPM), a wholly owned subsidiary of Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd, has been awarded a contract for the main building for a proposed residential development project at Lot 365, Lorong Maarof here for RM154.68 million from Bangsar Hill Park Development Sdn Bhd (BHP).
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Kerjaya Prospek said the project shall commence on July 15, 2022, to be completed within 35 months from the commencement date.
“The contract is for main building works for a proposed residential development project for one block of 39-storey apartment consisting of common area, commercial unit, one level of basement car park and eight-storey car park,” it said.
Kerjaya Prospek said the contract is expected to provide an additional stream of revenue for the group over the next three years.
“The contract will further increase and enhance the existing order book of the group. With this contract award, Kerjaya’s total outstanding order book now stands at approximately RM4.3 billion,” it added.
