PANASONIC ENRICHES CONSUMER WITH 45 NEW FUTURE-ORIENTED APPLIANCES

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 24 (Bernama) -- Panasonic Malaysia Sdn Bhd has presented 45 latest consumer product line-up across nine categories as part of its continuous endeavour to champion solutions that make people’s lives simpler, safer, healthier, more connected and more productive.

Among the line-up are refrigerators, water purifiers, rice cookers, washing machines, home showers, headphones, vacuum cleaners and ceiling fan.

Managing director Keisuke Nishida said Panasonic places high emphasis on enriching holistic well-being and helping people live their best lives through beneficial and high-quality products, anchored by its new brand action tagline “Create Today. Enrich Tomorrow”.

“Our long-standing mission established by our founder is that our corporation should contribute to society.

“This new tagline truly represents our goal to enhance the quality of lives of people around the world every day,” he said in a statement today.

Nishida said Malaysian families across generations have relied on Panasonic as a trusted brand to fulfil their home and lifestyle needs for more than a century now.

“This speaks volumes to the confidence to have in our brand and is what fuels and inspires us to continue designing the right products and solutions that enrich people’s lives and well-being,” he added.

Meanwhile, he said Panasonic’s nine new products are the PRIME+ Edition Refrigerator, Low Sugar Induction Heater (IH) Rice Cooker, Alkaline Ionizer, and Washer Dryer.

Besides that are Home Shower U-Series, television OLED 4K series, B100 Headphones, nanoe X 5-Blade Ceiling Fan and Cyclone Bagless Canister Vacuum Cleaner.

Nishida said the new products, which were launched today, fall under three areas of well-being which are inner, outer and spatial wellbeing.

“Contributing and adding value to the holistic wellbeing of society is the foundation of the new products, inner well-being starts from the kitchen through healthy eating while outer well-being focuses on physical hygiene.

“Spatial well-being creates the best experiential and comfortable living atmosphere at home that is safe and clean,” he said, adding that Panasonic’s products are collectively aimed at realising true holistic wellbeing for people.

The new products are available for purchase at all authorised Panasonic dealers as well as online platforms, with the exception of washing machines, televisions, headphones and alkaline ionizer which will be available in October.
