KUALA LUMPUR, July 26 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended almost flat, tracking the performance of the underlying cash market.
Spot month July 2024 and September 2024 slid 0.5 of-a-point each to 1,613.5 and 1,601.0, August 2024 dropped 1.0 point to 1,617.5 while December 2024 eased 2.0 points to 1,608.0.
Turnover rose to 33,025 lots from 16,705, while open interest amplified to 81,910 contracts from 64,679 yesterday.
At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI slid 2.30 points, or 0.14 per cent, to 1,612.88 from Thursday’s close of 1,615.18.
