KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 14 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives rose this morning, tracking gains in the underlying cash market.
As of 9.16 am, August 2024 contract increased 7.5 points to 1,618.50, September 2024 added 4.0 points to 1,597.50.
The December 2024 contract rose 5.0 points to 1,603.00 and March 2024 contract climbed 5.5 points to 1,589.00.
Turnover was 1,222 lots, with open interest at 41,274 contracts.
At 9.37 am, the FBM KLCI index was up 2.80 points at 1,612.45, compared to Tuesday’s close of 1,609.52.
