KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 14 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures rose in early trade today, following the performance of the underlying cash market.
At 9.20 am, the October 2024 contract increased by 1.0 point to 1,639.0, the November 2024 contract was up 3.0 points to 1,644.0, December 2024 rose 3.0 points to 1,651.5, and March 2025 added 2.5 points to 1,646.5.
Turnover reached 1,225 lots, with open interest at 42,782 contracts.
The benchmark FBM KLCI was 5.61 points firmer at 1,639.16 after 35 minutes of trading.
