NEUROGINE GROUP TOP BRASS CALLS ON BERNAMA LABUAN

LABUAN, Nov 25 -- A high-powered Neurogine Group delegation, led by its founder Owen Chen Chee Onn paid a courtesy call on Malaysian National News Agency (Bernama) Labuan bureau officer-in-charge Jailani Hasan at his office at the Ministry of Communication and Multimedia Malaysia Complex today.

Joining him were Neurogine vice-president (group governance, compliance and integrity officer) Chooi Yew Tzen, general managers Lim Jew Kee and Bill Hong Kok Boon. Also present was Bernama bureau photographer Muqtadir Halim.

Owen thanked Jailani for all the help given to the financial technology solution provider firm by Bernama throughout the establishment of Neurogine.

Neurogine Group aims to provide a common cross-border mobile banking, payment, and investment platform in South-East Asia. 

The group is headquartered in Petaling Jaya since 2014 and operates three licensed entities (LEs) based in Labuan. 

These LEs are regulated by Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) and comprise Neurogine Capital (L) Ltd LL15607 for money broking activities, Neurogine DX (L) Ltd LL15609 for credit token activities and Neurogine MPEX (L) Ltd LL15608 for payment system activities.

The group serves banks, financial institutions, money brokers, investment managers, fund operators, governments, telcos and others adding value with its end-to-end fintech portfolio; which includes nPay, nBank, nMPEX, nTrade, nCommerce, nLogistics, nLoan, nChat, nMusic and much more. The Group’s fintech platforms and services are scaled to enable cross-border and multi-currency transactions in the region, fully compliant with Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing Terrorism (AML/ CFT) standards and practices established by Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and Financial Action Task Force (FATF).
