NEW DELHI, Feb 1 (Bernama) -- Turkiye, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, among other countries, condemned the terror attacks in Pakistan's Balochistan province that killed 15 security personnel and 18 civilians.

"We condemn the terrorist attacks that took place today (Jan 31) in Pakistan's Balochistan province,” the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement late on Saturday.

“We wish Allah's mercy upon the Pakistani soldiers who lost their lives in these heinous attacks and extend our condolences to the people of Pakistan.

"We will continue to stand in solidarity with Pakistan in its fight against terrorism," it added.

Similarly, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia expressed the kingdom’s condemnation and denunciation of the attacks carried out by separatists in various parts of the province.

“The kingdom reaffirms its firm rejection of all terrorist and extremist acts, and its solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and its security efforts to preserve its territorial integrity.

“The kingdom also expresses its sincere condolences to the families of the deceased, and to the government and people of Pakistan, and wishes the injured a speedy recovery,” it said in a statement.

In its condemnation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar reiterates the state’s firm position rejecting violence, terrorism, and criminal acts in all forms, regardless of their motives or justifications.

The ministry, in a statement, also expressed Qatar’s sincere condolences to the families of the victims, as well as to the government and people of Pakistan, and extended its wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured.

According to media reports, Pakistani security forces thwarted the coordinated attacks on various locations in the southwestern region, namely Quetta, Mastung, Nushki, Dalbandin, Kharan, Panjgur, Tump, Gwadar, and Pasni, killing at least 92 terrorists on Saturday.

The Pakistan military's media wing, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), said the 92 dead terrorists on Saturday included three suicide bombers.

"The operation has been completed," Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti, who travelled to the provincial capital Quetta, said on Saturday night.
