JAKARTA, May 4 (Bernama) -- Indonesia’s government-owned oil company, Pertamina, has raised prices of several non-subsidised fuel products effective Monday, while maintaining rates for subsidised fuels and key petrol grades.

The steepest increase was seen in non-subsidised diesel fuel Pertamina Dex (CN 53), which rose Rp4,000 (RM0.92) to Rp27,900 (RM6.18) per litre from Rp23,900 (RM5.47), according to Antara News Agency on Monday.

This was followed by diesel fuel Dexlite (CN 51), which increased to Rp26,000 (RM5.95) per litre from Rp23,600 (RM5.40), and petrol Pertamax Turbo (RON 98), which climbed to Rp19,900 (RM4.55) per litre from Rp19,400 (RM4.44).

Meanwhile, the price of non-subsidised petrol Pertamax (RON 92) remains unchanged at Rp12,300 (RM2.80) per litre, while Pertamax Green (RON 95) is steady at Rp12,900 (RM2.95) per litre, a level maintained since March.

Subsidised fuel products are also unchanged, with petrol Pertalite priced at Rp10,000 (RM2.29) per litre and diesel Biosolar at Rp6,800 (RM1.56) per litre.

Pertamina said the adjustment is in line with Indonesia’s fuel pricing policy set by the Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry, which governs the base price formula for retail fuel sold at public filling stations.
