EPB Group To Buy Industrial Land For RM22.49 Mln

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 23 (Bernama) -- EPB Group Bhd subsidiary Easy Pack Machinery Sdn Bhd has signed a sale and purchase agreement with Penang Development Corporation to acquire a parcel of industrial land located at Plot P23B, Penang Science Park North for RM22.49 million

In a statement today, the group said the proposed acquisition would facilitate the construction of factories, corporate offices, warehouses and showrooms, enhancing EPB's robotics offering and production capacity to meet the growing demand for food processing solutions and packaging machinery.

"We will demonstrate a new level of operational efficiency by integrating our new corporate office, factory and warehouse into a single location," EPB Group deputy managing director Liew Meng Hooi said in the statement.

This will streamline the group's processes, increase production, and strengthen its ability to meet growing customer demand in the food processing and packaging machinery industry.
