FBM KLCI Futures Close Mixed

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 25 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended mixed today.

The spot month September 2024 and March 2025 contracts were  unchanged at 1,667.5 and 1,662.5, respectively. The October 2024 note inched up half-a-point to 1,671.0 and December 2024 gained one point to 1,676.0.  

Turnover declined to 30,428 lots from 31,370 lots on Tuesday while open interest expanded to 80,583 contracts from 75,828 contracts previously.  

The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) rose 3.01 points, or 0.18 per cent, to settle at 1,673.38 from Tuesday's close of 1,670.37.
