FBM KLCI Futures Open Lower

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 22 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures declined in early trade today.

At 9.25 am, the October 2024 contract fell three points to 1,640.5. Both the November 2024 and December 2024 contracts dropped 3.5 points to 1,643.5 and 1,646.5, respectively, while the March 2025 contract decreased four points to 1,635.0.

Turnover reached 1,384 lots, with open interest at 43,129 contracts.

The benchmark FBM KLCI was 1.67 points firmer at 1,647.35 after 45 minutes of trading.
