Binastra's Shares Up On Unit's New Contract Win

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 20 (Bernama) -- Binastra Corporation Bhd’s shares on Bursa Malaysia rose by two sen to RM1.55 per share after its wholly owned subsidiary, Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd secured a contract from Exsim Jalil Link Sdn Bhd.

Yesterday, the company announced that Binastra Builders has secured a RM256.5 million contract from Exsim Jalil Link Sdn Bhd for mechanical and electrical (M&E) fit-out works.

The contract covers the design, construction, completion, testing, and commissioning of M&E fit-out works for a data centre in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.

To date, the group has secured RM2.7 billion in new contracts for the financial year ending Jan 31, 2025, bringing its total outstanding order book to RM3.5 billion.
