FBM KLCI Futures End Lower

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 21 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended lower today. 

The spot month November 2024 contract eased 7.5 points to 1,587.5, December 2024 and March 2025 contracts dropped 8.0 points each to 1,591.0 and 1,580.5, and June 2025 fell 6.0 points to 1,591.0.

Turnover improved to 7,361 lots from 6,621 lots yesterday, while open interest decreased to 38,290 contracts versus 39,098 previously. 

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI retreated 9.50 points, or 0.59 per cent, to close at 1,588.68 from yesterday’s close of 1,598.18.
