FBM KLCI Futures Higher In Early Trade

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 6 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives were higher in early trading.

At 9.50 am, December 2024 contract gained one point to 1,615.0, January 2025 added 1.5 points to 1,615.0, March 2025 was unchanged at 1,603.0 and June 2025 rose four points to 1,613.5.

Turnover amounted to 966 lots with open interest at 34,354 contracts.

At 10 am, the benchmark FBM KLCI fell 2.31 points to 1,613.33 from Thursday’s close of 1,615.64.
