FBM KLCI Futures Higher In Early Trade

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 24 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives traded higher in early trade on Tuesday.

At 9.30 am, the December 2024 contract rose 2.5 points to 1,592.50, January 2025 added 2.0 points to 1,596.50, March 2025 gained 4.0 points to 1,582.00, and June 2025 edged up 1.5 points to 1,587.00.

Turnover stood at 3,715 lots, with open interest totalling 42,990 contracts.

As of 9.49 am, the benchmark FBM KLCI had advanced 4.38 points to 1,600.58, compared with Monday's close of 1,596.20.
