Datuk Wan Mohd Fadzmi Concludes Tenure As Labuan FSA's Chairman

LABUAN, Jan 3 (Bernama) -- Datuk Wan Mohd Fadzmi Che Wan Othman Fadzilah has concluded his tenure as chairman of the Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) on Dec 31, 2024.

In a statement to Bernama today, Labuan FSA said it will announce the appointment of its new chairman in due course, after being approved by the Ministry of Finance (MOF).

Wan Mohd Fadzmi has served as the FSA’s chairman since Jan 1, 2024, following his appointment by the MOF.

“The management of Labuan FSA extends its deepest gratitude to Wan Mohd Fadzmi for his exemplary leadership and invaluable contributions during his tenure. 

“His efforts have established a robust foundation for the continued growth and success of Labuan FSA,” it said.

The FSA added that its board is confident that Labuan FSA will achieve new milestones under its forthcoming leadership.

The Labuan FSA is the statutory body responsible for the development and administration of the Labuan International Business and Financial Centre.
