FBM KLCI Futures Higher In Early Trading

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 16 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives were higher in the early trading session today.

At 9.45 am, January 2025, February 2025 and March 2025 gained 6.5 points each to 1,559.5, 1,563.0 and 1,546.0, respectively, while June 2025 bagged 7.5 points to 1,553.0.

Turnover stood at 2,802 lots, with open interest at 39,904 contracts.

The benchmark FBM KLCI increased by 3.29 points to 1,565.41 after 50 minutes of trading compared to Wednesday’s close of 1,562.12.
