FBM KLCI Futures Lower In Early Trading

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 7 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives were easier in early trading today.

At 9.21 am, the February 2025 contract went down 6.0 points to 1,577.50, March 2025 erased 6.5 points to 1,558.0, while June 2025 and September 2025 contracts were flat at 1,569.0 and 1,577.50 respectively. 

Turnover stood at 1,843 lots with open interest at 33,795 contracts.

The benchmark FBM KLCI fell 0.79 of-a-point to 1,584.38 compared to Thursday’s close of 1,585.17 after 39 minutes of trading.
