FBM KLCI Futures End Week On Negative Note

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 14 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended the week on a lower note today.  

The February 2025 contract eased 6.5 points to 1,592.5, March 2025 and June 2025 declined 5.5 points each to 1,573.0 and 1,577.5, while September 2025 shed 5.0 points to 1,565.5.  

Turnover fell to 4,678 lots from 6,978 on Thursday, while open interest declined to 39,750 contracts from 41,750 previously.  

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI eased by 0.68 of-a-point to 1,591.60 compared to yesterday’s close of 1,592.28.
