FBM KLCI Futures End Lower

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 20 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended lower in line with negative cash market performance.  

The spot month February 2025 fell 5.5 points to 1,578.0. June 2025 and September 2025 were 5.5 points lower at 1,561.5 and 1,551.0 respectively while March 2025 dropped 6.0 points to 1,557.0.

Turnover expanded to 8,055 lots from 6,004 lots on Wednesday, while open interest increased to 43,434 contracts from 40,544 previously.

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI dipped 3.21 points, or 0.20 per cent, to 1,577.67 from Wednesday’s close of 1,580.88.
