XOX Appointment Of Kenneth Vun As Managing Director Marks Company's Transformative Phase

KUALA LUMPUR, March 3 (Bernama) -- XOX Bhd has appointed Datuk Kenneth Vun as its new managing director, marking a new era of growth and innovation.

The company said Vun’s appointment underscores XOX’s commitment to pioneering a new digital economy powered by artificial intelligence technology. “With a proven track record in business transformation, emerging technologies, and investment strategy, his leadership will strengthen XOX’s market position, expand its global reach, and empower Malaysians to thrive in the digital era,” it said in a statement.

With over 30 years of experience, Vun founded his first information and technology company in Sabah before expanding operations across Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and China. “He has led businesses across diverse industries, including technology, finance, property development, and Food and Beverage,” the company noted.

XOX said it has entered a transformative phase with the appointment of Vun as managing director, coinciding with a significant investment by VCAP Global Inc. According to a notice received on Feb 26, 2025, VCAP Global Inc acquired 15 million ordinary shares on Feb 25, 2025, representing an 8.09 per cent direct interest in the company.

This strategic investment reflects strong confidence in XOX’s vision and growth potential.

With Vun at the helm and VCAP Global Inc’s backing, XOX is poised to accelerate innovation, strengthen its telecommunications business, expand its market presence, and drive long-term sustainability in the digital economy.
