Short Selling Of Yew Lee Pacific Stock Suspended For The Rest Of The Day

KUALA LUMPUR, March 10 (Bernama) -- Bursa Malaysia Bhd announced that intraday short selling (IDSS) for Yew Lee Pacific Group Bhd has been suspended for the rest of the day. 

This is following the share price drop of more than 15 per cent or 15 sen from the reference price.

“Short selling of the counter will only return the following trading day, that is March 11, at 8.30 am,” it said. 

As at 10.45 am, Yew Lee’s share price decreased 18 sen to 50.5 sen with 5.5 million shares traded. 

The group is principally involved in the manufacturing of industrial and household brushes as well as trading of machinery parts and industrial hardware.
