Hextar World At Empire City Signs Major Tenants, Set To Open In Fourth Quarter

KUALA LUMPUR, March 15 (Bernama) -- Hextar World at Empire City is set to launch in the fourth quarter of 2025 (4Q 2025), with its recent tenant-signing ceremony bringing together major retailers and business partners to celebrate the development.

The project is managed by Alliance Empire Sdn Bhd, with collaboration among Alliance Premier Sdn Bhd, EXSIM Holdings Sdn Bhd, JT Momentum Sdn Bhd, and Hextar Healthcare Bhd. 

Among the key anchor tenants announced were the Malaysia National Ice Skating Stadium (MYNISS) by Koperasi Industri Sukan Atlet Malaysia Berhad (KOPISAMB), Luckin Coffee, NOMNOM Food Hall, and Senkyaku Banrai.  "Earnest talks are underway with Metrojaya, the established departmental store, to finalise their participation in the mall," it said in a statement.

Hextar Group chief executive officer Datuk Eddie Ong said the lifestyle hub is strategically located with seamless access to major highways.  "As we move closer to our soft opening in 4Q 2025, we look forward to unveiling more exciting brands and experiences that will make Hextar World an iconic destination for locals and visitors alike," he added.

Hextar World at Empire City, spanning 1.8 million square feet of net lettable area, features six distinct zones. It is offering a diverse mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences, with over 600 retail, entertainment, and dining options, including a 28,000-square-foot supermarket for daily essentials and 9,100 parking bays.
