FBM KLCI Futures End Lower In Line With Cash Market

KUALA LUMPUR, March 28 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended lower, in line with the underlying cash market.  

March 2025 shaved 10.5 points to 1,522.0, April 2025 and June 2025 eased 18.0 points each to 1,512.0 and 1,506.0, respectively, while September 2025 fell 19.5 points to 1,493.5.

Turnover dwindled to 18,475 lots from 32,797 lots on Thursday, while open interest dipped to 59,411 contracts from 78,257 contracts previously. 

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI dropped 22.08 points to 1,513.65 from Thursday’s close of 1,535.73.
