FBM KLCI Futures End Lower In Line With Cash Market

KUALA LUMPUR, April 3 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended lower today in line with the underlying cash market.  

April 2025 declined 10.5 points to 1,514.5, May 2025 fell 10.0 points to 1,513.0, June 2025 went down 9.5 points to 1,507.0, and September 2025 slipped 12.0 points to 1,494.0. 

Turnover dwindled to 8,016 lots from 9,875 lots on Wednesday, while open interest dipped to 45,226 contracts from 47,782 contracts yesterday.  

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI slid 7.61 points to 1,518.91 versus Wednesday’s close of 1,526.52.
