FBM KLCI Futures End Lower In Line With Cash Market

KUALA LUMPUR, April 4 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended lower today in line with the underlying cash market.  

April 2025 and May 2025 declined 12.0 points each to 1,502.50 and 1,501.0, respectively, June 2025 fell 12.5 points to 1,494.50, and September 2025 slipped 24.0 points to 1,482.5. 

Turnover was slightly higher at 8,073 lots from 8,016 lots on Thursday, while open interest slid to 44,881 contracts from 45,226 contracts yesterday.  

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI trimmed 14.77 points to 1,504.14 from Thursday’s close of 1,518.91.
