FBM KLCI Futures End Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, April 18 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended higher today in line with the cash market’s performance.

April 2025 and May 2025 rose 13.5 points to 1,497.0 and 1,494.5, respectively; June 2025 added 12.5 points to 1,489.5; and September 2025 expanded 15.0 points to 1,475.0.

Turnover fell to 3,707 lots from 10,411 lots yesterday, and open interest declined to 43,793 contracts against 50,723 contracts previously.

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI strengthened 16.13 points to 1,499.40 from Thursday’s close of 1,483.27.
