KUALA LUMPUR, May 2 (Bernama) -- MN Holdings Bhd’s (MNHB) unit, Mutu Nusantara Sdn Bhd and its joint venture partner, Protech Builders Sdn Bhd, have secured a sub-contract worth RM49.99 million from Gamuda Engineering Sdn Bhd for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fit-out works of a data centre.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, MNHB said the scope of work includes the construction, testing, and commissioning of an underground substation system, as well as related power and control cabling works.

The project will commence on July 1, 2025 and is expected to be completed by Aug 24, 2026.

“A 12-month warranty period will apply from the date of substantial completion, with certain corrective works covered for up to two years,” it said.

MNHB added that the project is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings and net assets per share of the company.
