FBM KLCI Futures Higher In Early Trade

KUALA LUMPUR, May 9 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives were higher in early trade on Friday.

At 9.20 am, May 2025 was up by 7.0 points to 1,545.50, June 2025 gained 5.5 points to 1,543.0, September 2025 increased 5.0 points to 1,527.0, and December 2025 rose 4.0 points to 1,534.00.

Turnover totalled 869 lots, with open interest at 33,735 contracts.

At 9.20 am, the underlying index FBM KLCI rose 4.08 points to 1,546.82 from yesterday’s close of 1,542.74.
