FBM KLCI Futures Lower In Early Trade

KUALA LUMPUR, May 22 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives trended lower in early trade on Thursday. 

At 9.36 am, the spot month May 2025 and June 2025 fell 9.5 points each to 1,535.5 and 1,535.0, respectively, September 2025 dwindled to 1,520.0, and December 2025 went down 12.0 points to 1,524.0.

Turnover amounted to 2,388 lots, with open interest at 37,520 contracts.

The FBM KLCI rose 7.46 points to 1,537.34 after 36 minutes of trading, compared to Wednesday’s close of 1,544.80.
