Vestland's Unit Secures Design, Build Contract Worth RM156.91 Mln

KUALA LUMPUR, May 29 (Bernama) -- Vestland Bhd, via its wholly-owned subsidiary Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM156.91 million contract from Mercu Majuniaga Sdn Bhd to undertake design and build works for a mixed development project.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Vestland stated that the project comprises the design and construction of a 51-storey serviced apartment block, along with associated facilities, in Seksyen 41, Lorong Raja Uda 2, here.

The contract is scheduled for completion on July 31, 2027, which corresponds to 26 months from today’s commencement date.
