FBM KLCI Futures Marginally Higher In Early Trade

KUALA LUMPUR, June 18 (Bernama) -- FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives were marginally higher in early trade on Wednesday, despite the lower underlying cash market performance.

At 9.15 am, June 2025 and September 2025 contracts rose 2.5 points each to 1,510.0, and 1,490.0, respectively. July 2025 added 1.0 point to 1,506.0, and December 2025 was 0.5 of-a-point higher at 1,493.50.

Turnover stood at 1,129 lots, with open interest at 37,088 contracts.

The underlying FBM KLCI shed 1.52 points to 1,510.12 after 35 minutes of trading, compared with Tuesday’s close of 1,511.64.
