FBM KLCI Futures Close Mostly Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, June 25 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended mostly higher today.

At the close, June 2025 rose by 6.5 points to 1,522.0, July 2025 increased by 4.0 points to 1,516.5 and September 2025 gained 3.0 points to 1,498.0, while December 2025 eased by 1.5 points to 1,497.0.

Turnover surged to 93,420 lots from 26,889 lots yesterday, while open interest jumped to 134,048 contracts from 67,714 contracts previously.

At 5 pm, the underlying FBM KLCI rose 5.50 points to 1,519.79 from Tuesday’s close of 1,514.29
