Sapura Energy Director Shahriman Shamsuddin Resigns Effective Today

KUALA LUMPUR, June 25 (Bernama) -- Sapura Energy Bhd has announced the resignation of Datuk Shahriman Shamsuddin as a director of the company effective today.

The integrated oil and gas services company said in a Bursa Malaysia filing today that he has stepped down due to other commitments.

“Shahriman, who is 56 years old, has no details of any disagreement with the board of directors,” it said.

Sapura Energy added that there are no matters that need to be brought to the attention of shareholders.

On Oct 29, 2024, he tendered his resignation as managing director of Sapura Resources Bhd.
