FBM KLCI Futures Close Mostly Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, June 30 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended higher today, tracking the underlying cash market performance.

At the close, June 2025 rose by 2.5 points to 1,534.0, July 2025 gained 3.0 points to 1,533.0, and September 2025 added 3.5 points to 1,513.0, while December 2025 shed 15 points to 1,515.0.

Turnover declined to 10,081 lots from 25,846 lots last Thursday, while open interest slipped to 47,099 contracts from 64,676 contracts previously.

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI rose 4.80 points, or 0.31 per cent, to 1,532.96 from last Thursday’s close of 1,528.16.
